OTA (Over-The-Air) update is a method of remotely delivering firmware or software updates to IoT devices without physical access. APIOTA provides a secure, scalable platform where you register your devices, upload firmware builds, and push updates to individual devices or entire fleets — all via a simple REST API or dashboard interface.

Every firmware file uploaded to APIOTA is cryptographically signed using RSA SHA-256. Your devices verify the signature before applying any update, ensuring only firmware you have authorized can be installed. This prevents man-in-the-middle attacks and unauthorized firmware injection.

Yes. You can upgrade your plan instantly — new limits take effect immediately. Downgrading is also supported and takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. If you downgrade and have more devices than your new plan allows, you will need to deactivate the excess devices before the downgrade is applied.

We are preparing to accept credit/debit cards and PromptPay — payment integration is coming soon. During the early access period, the Free plan is fully available at no cost. For paid plans, please contact us directly. All prices are displayed in Thai Baht (฿).
